Auntie Jill's is a small cheesecake business in Middleton, Wisconsin. Auntie Jill's is owned and run by Jill Enerson, a single mom of three daughters with a full time job as well as her small business. She sells these cheesecakes in Metcalfe's grocery stores and is hoping to open up a cafe sometime in the future.
