Il brano è un’amara e feroce critica a tutte quelle istituzioni – politiche e religiose – che con i loro compromessi, con il loro far finta di non vedere non fanno altro che normalizzare l’illegalità, creando attorno alla mafia un’intollerabile forma di consenso. E sono proprio tutte queste figure ipocrite che si alternano nel videoclip che accompagna il brano, nel quale il regista Fabio Pannetto pone poi l’accento sull’importanza del gioco della campana come metafora di vita: un percorso tracciato sull’asfalto con un gesso bianco inizialmente da un adulto e completato poi dai bambini che rappresentano il futuro, il segno tangibile di un cambiamento, di una rinascita verso un mondo in cui poter esprimere le proprie opinioni liberamente avendo il coraggio di non abbassare lo sguardo di fronte alle ingiustizie, ai soprusi, all’illegalità. -------- The song is a bitter and fierce criticism to all those institutions - political and religious - that with their compromises, with their pretending not to see do nothing but normalize the illegality, creating around the mafia an intolerable form of consent.
