On Father's Day weekend, a group of people paddle boarded 16 hours across the ocean from the Bahamas to Florida in order to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. They all came together for a little girl named Piper. Piper fights this disease with the help of salt water from the ocean and her loving and supportive community in Florida. Her Father, Travis, created the Piper's Angels Foundation and Crossing for a Cure to help all people with CF by raising funds, awareness and information on the healing benefits of salt water. The Crossing for a Cure event was a huge success, raising over $130,000.
