Days, is a song written and performed by Irish rapper "UPPBEAT". The song is about how your own thoughts and views can harm you from the inside out. Throughout the video there are masked men who surround uppbeat, tormenting him, pushing and shoving him around the place, this is to represent his thoughts damaging him. We cut in and out of shots with the masked men there and not to show that they were in his head and not actually in the real world. The video may seem strange or confusing to the audience until the final seconds of the video, where the man removes his mask revealing a twisted ending which ties the video together and makes the viewer take a second thought on the videos true meaning.
