Hey Guys! I’m happy to share that I’ve been attending a program funded by the mayor of NYC called the “Made in New York Post Production Program” @minypostproduction . This program is everything I could ever ask for when it comes to getting a jump start education into a career in post production. They teach you how to operate softwares such as 3D design and animation with the NUKE software by @foundryteam and industry standard film editing with AVID by @avidtechnology. They also teach you how to animate and edit using @adobe editing softwares like @photoshop @premiereprocc & @adobe_aftereffects . Essentially this is a career development program for struggling unemployed artists such as myself… so far this is my third week into the program and I feel as though my skills has not only sharpened, but they also feel refreshened… this week we’re going to learn AVID and I’m super stoked about that. I made this EVERLAST Video ad using stock footage from a website called @pexels.us @pexels . They have a wide selection of cool material to build a pallet of inspiration from, check them out. I used royalty audio downloaded from @youtube and stitched all the clips and sound effects together to tell the story I wanted to tell. P.S.
