On the 6th of March, a group of young artists, scholars, and literary men, launched the long term project "God of Rakhsh" in Tehran Contemporary Museum of Art, in connection to the retrospective exhibition of Ali Akbar Sadeghi, an Iranian acclaimed artist, and his worked based on Shahnameh-ye Ferdowsi, a Persian long epic poem completed around 1010 CE. This film focuses on highlight of this even in Tehran, in final days of the year 1396 Hijri Shamsi. Hooshyar Khayam, an Iranian contemporary classical composer, conducted the musical performance, inviting a group of high professional musicians, including soloists, vocalists, sound designers and sound engineers in Tehran, to base a musical performance on Shahnameh, bridging between traditional Iranian music, Sufi music, Western classical and modern electronic music.
