Happi is “super-flat” 2D motion graphic animation about the concept of happiness. Through the metaphor of a seed and its germination process, Chavez explores how happiness is mistakenly sought in material possessions. Rather, she advocates that we need to look within ourselves and understand how we connect to the world on a sensory level. It is only through an embrace of our daily encounters will we truly find happiness in our lives.
