A documentary about "Lo To Sai Gon Tan Thoi" - a bingo troupe based in Saigon, Vietnam, known for putting on drag shows with audience participation. Bingo troupe is a type of entertainment that has existed for a long time in Vietnam. But in the past, people underestimated it because of the discrimination against the LGBTQ community and those drag queens who performing for the troupe. 'Lo To - The Singing "Faggots"' is a story of "Sai Gon Tan Thoi" (Morden Saigon) bingo troupe on their way to winning audiences heart by bringing fresh and creative innovation into traditional bingo show.
