This was a spring Sunday morning and the sun beaming through the windows was just calling to me to dance in the filtered sunlight. I was obssessed with this song at the time, and I just queued it up and did what I do best, and what the song asked: Moved My Body. As the owner of the aerial studio in Kalispell, this is a messsage that I love to spread. Our bodies are made for movement and we should not ignore that call to action! Move Your Body! Now is the time!
