Fear, insecurities, greed, superstitions have trapped us in our minds. To free ourselves, we must first realize the true meaning of freedom, one that allows us to live in the moment and co-exist in perfect harmony with nature and fellow beings. The world sometimes serves as a mirror, providing a reality check. A bird spreading its wings in a cage is the reflection of our trapped thoughts in a narrow mind. Realization and acceptance are the first step towards change and thus begins the journey to attaining freedom which ultimately leads to self-discovery. This film tries to capture the above thoughts is a very short narration. A child is used as a protagonist because children are fearless, carefree, can easily accustom to changes and foremost a child is uncompromising. So perhaps we need to let go of the adult and become a child once again to experience true freedom and the joy it brings.
