We titled this experimental clip "Red Lilis" with an abstract approach to mental health issues and some stages, quickly observed in the video: Anxiety, depression, overly medicating and kindness/love in community support. The video portrays the main characters: the "Red Lili's", along with other characters holding red heart shaped ballons. We have all suffered from mental strains at any stage of our lives as the video portrays. Two Lili's, that look very similar to each other but at different ages. One is a younger version of the other one. The community frame of the characters expressing love as they all hold red ballons, their hands and raise them; symbolize that we are not alone. Kindness in community will find a way to heal our troubles if we make the effort to reach out and look. Kindness is all over, if we open our hearts and see.
The video was very fun to produce as we had cool friends hang out with us in a nice South Florida afternoon :)
