On November 19, 2016, two reporters, Carly Kohler and Koleyna Kohler, from the On Native Ground television show, set out to do interviews with some of the Water Protectors at the Standing Rock encampment. They arrived as the militarized police began their attack on the Water Protectors with water cannons, concussion grenades and tear gas. What they captured on video was beyond what they had ever imagined.
