Strife of Tongues is a dense, image-based re-telling of the creation account from Genesis without using conventional iconography or symbolism. Appropriating images from American industrial and educational films of the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s, we see the creation of the world, the formation of boundaries as a result of restlessness and a species of creatures bent on their own destruction.
