The Encoffiner fictional short-film / 9' / 2013 / Sao Paulo / Brazil Hélio is an encoffiner. Death is the source of his work; he restores the appearance that bodies had while alive. Methodically prepares them for the funeral, photographing them before and after the process. It's a long night and the arrival of another corpse leaves Hélio disturbed. The moment is sublime. The night goes by and dawn arrives, bringing normality.
