I made this video with my disability film class to demonstrate how kind words can change someone's day. I also wanted to show how the video camera can detect even the slightest change on somebody's facial expression in a bid to get them to stop over-acting when it came to portraying emotion in our films. The film is completely spontaneous and the result of my frustration because it was like they didn't trust the camera to do its job and tell the story... every little nuance. It turned out even better than I expected. So even though it's not shot on the best camera in a studio, with ideal sound, it still serves its purpose of portraying real people and their reactions when they receive kind words.
