At any given moment in Nairobi, more than 60,000 children are living on the streets. Made in the Streets is a nonprofit boarding school which serves these children, attempting to provide education and love while meeting their physical and emotional needs. Each year, 15-20 students graduate from Made in the Streets and begin the long journey of seeking their place in the world. This film celebrates their courage and tenacity, and attempts to provide a glimpse into their experience. Dedicated to the Made in the Streets graduating class of 2016.
