The School of the Arts and Architecture’s Visual and Performing Arts Education Program (VAPAE) fosters the creative and intellectual growth of UCLA Arts students while providing much needed arts education curricula to children in underserved communities. A key tenant of the VAPAE program is to offer students experiential opportunities to develop into qualified teaching artists and introduces them to a range of possible careers in the arts.
