Pro Football has changed communities since it was born in Canton, Ohio on September 17, 2020. Sports give HOPE to cities in depression and can lead them into success. Similar to the United States beating the USSR to the Moon, as President JFK motivates Rice University to be BOLD, we must be bold in our efforts to keep the country's greatest sport, football, alive. Green Bay in the 60's was a farming community until the Packers came in to town and spiked the economic growth. In the 70's the Steelers literally brought thousands of steel jobs back to Pittsburgh. San Francisco in the 80's had their mayor shot and government shut down until the 49ers won 3 Super Bowls. In the 90's Dallas was a desert until Jerry Jones bought the team and made North Texas into the hottest realtor market in the country. The New Orleans Saints brought the music back to the Louisiana by winning a Super Bowl after Hurricane Katrina. We can huddle up as a country around the values that the Pro Football Hall of Fame shares with the community everyday. We are building a nearly billion dollar Hall of Fame Village or "Disneyland for Football" that is mission driven to give stories of hope to the next generation of leaders.
