For almost three decades, Ziggy Livnat, MFA, has worked as a professional artist using underwater filmmaking, photography and collaborations with musicians to create educational entertainment connecting marine life with audiences worldwide. Ziggy has devoted his career to the protection of marine environments with the making of several award-winning underwater films. His clients include NOAA, the American Museum of Natural History, National Geographic and CBS Sunday Morning.

As part of his mission, ZIggy has given many interactive presentations to audiences of all ages to inspire learning about the biodiversity of our planet’s largest ecosystem - the ocean. These interactive, entertaining presentation explore, with short films and conversations in between them the wonders of our planet’s oceans. They showcase the marine life, how humans affect the oceans regardless of distance, and how we can make a positive impact. The stunning imagery, original soundtracks, interesting scientific facts and adventures, presented with humor by the filmmaker himself, make for a memorable learning event.
