BERNARDO feels the putrid smell of the betrayal, the pest of the sin, and there is no soap or scourer to pull it off of his skin. There is no greater love that the one of the repentant traitor. The discerning parkle on ISA's eyes makes him confess. ISA can be the voluntary executioner, but a failed plot ends reversing the execution rolls up.
