Louise Allen first opened Little Alice cafe in Bairnsdale, Australia in 2014 and found immediate success, being compared to Melbourne's Chapel street cafes; a spot well known for its high quality cafe culture. Since then she's been able to open another cafe, Sparrows Nest, 30km away in her home town Lakes Entrance. Louise is passionate about her community and uses the platform of her cafes to help support and promote other local business', displaying and selling wares for them and using locally produced ingredients.
